Easter Holiday Activities

Easter Holiday Activities at Streatham Vale Adventure Playground run Monday to Friday (except Bank Holiday) from 30 March - 10 April 2015, 10 AM - 4 PM. We are open for children 6 - 16 of all ability levels. Activities on offer include Art Table, Wii, Table Tennis, Cooking, Outings and much more! Lloyds Bank Community Fund visit to John Corfield Centre

Following our recent success winning the Lloyds Community Fund Award 2014 for our project working with high need adults, local Lloyds Bank Manager Ebe Idun stopped by the John Corfield Centre. After presenting us with a big cheque, Ebe spent some time looking at our photo montage of past members and activities. Ebe related how he had spent time in youth clubs as a boy and how he felt they had helped him grow and develop. Mark Wood, Principal Youth Worker, said, 'This is what we find with adults who had the good fortune to attend youth clubs. They tell us that it helped them to mature into adulthood.'

The Lloyds Community Fund Award win put £3,000 towards our provision for adults with support needs. It is a great help to local charities such as Streatham Youth and Community Trust. We encourage all organisations to take part if they have the opportunity.
